Individuals may obtain health insurance plan coverage as an individual, as a family or as child-only. Each insurance carrier offers a variety of plan options, provider networks, premium ranges and extra services. Individual health plans are medically underwritten. You will complete an Oregon Standard Health Statement as part of the application process.
