Each client has a writing agent who serves as the coordinator for communication with and service to the client; however we work as a team to ensure that all aspects of working with each client receives our best knowledge and effort. We are a lean organization. We continually refine our systems so our administrative staff can accurately and efficiently track all of our client’s business placed with us. Marvin D. Révoal

Marvin brings thirty years of experience in management, underwriting, training, and brokering with regional and national carriers to the field of employee benefits. He uses his knowledge of developing contracts between carriers and providers, supervising claims departments and analyzing claims experience to determine rate structure to create comprehensive group benefits packages for businesses. Marvin works closely with clients to develop employee benefit plans, deferred executive qualified and nonqualified compensation programs and succession strategies.
Marvin brings 30 years of business leadership experience relating to board development, strategic planning, financial stability, and continuation planning for numerous nonprofits. Since 1998, Marvin has served in various leadership capacities with The Eugene Chamber of Commerce - currently as a member of the Executive Board. He is active in the Portland Business Alliance with a goal of business development and recruitment.
Seth Révoal

Seth brings over 10 years of experience in Risk analysis and management, organizational leadership, and systems evaluation to his approach to property and casualty insurance. Seth is a Certified Commercial Liability Coverage Specialist (CLCS). His insurance knowledge combined with his analytical experience allow him to create the best insurance solutions and risk analysis/management strategies possible for individuals and companies.
Seth is a member of the Eugene Chamber of Commerce Local Governmental Affairs Council and is a graduate of the Eugene/Springfield Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. He has also served as a board member for the Lane County Chapter of the University of Oregon Alumni Association and worked on the University of Oregon Tailgate Auction. Seth serves as Division Vice-President for Delta Tau Delta Fraternity and has oversight of chapter development, fiscal development and facility renovation for all chapters in the State of Oregon. He has twice been recognized both regionally and by the University of Oregon as the Chapter Advisor of the Year.

She assists businesses and organizations with the processes of determining important issues, identifying future trends, creating action plans, and managing immediate and long-term business practices.
Darby consults with nonprofit organizations, businesses, and firms. Her breadth of experience and knowledge gives her flexibility and creativity in working with clients to solve problems, create focus, and design plans.
